The Air Tech 4000 (also known as the AT4K) is a Nerf blaster that was released in 2002 under the Air Tech series.

It comes packaged with twelve Micro Darts.

Details

The Air Tech 4000 can hold twelve darts in its auto rotating barrel, which shoots from the bottom. The auto-rotate feature of the barrel is notorious for breaking, as it was designed poorly, but is easy to fix. Like other Air Tech blasters, the Air Tech 4000 has a "Liquitron" power gauge, showing how much power the blaster has.

It is the largest of all the Air Tech blasters and the first blaster to have a twelve dart barrel, with the exception of the cancelled Mega Blitz Gatlin' Storm.

History

Alongside the Air Tech Jet Squadron and Air Tech Ball Blaster, it was not re-released when the Nerf brand was updated in 2003.

Reloading and firing

To reload the Air Tech 4000, load twelve Micro Darts into the turret. Pump the blaster once to rotate the turret, and pump the blaster two further times to fill the tank.[2]

Pull the trigger back to fire the blaster.
