It comes packaged with four Ballistic Balls.
It is a Toys "R" Us exclusive.
The Air Tech Ball Blaster is a standard push-and-pull ball blaster. It has a single strap point on the front of the blaster. It can hold up to six Ballistic Balls, despite only coming with four. There is a slight indent in the front handle where the Nerf logo is located.
Alongside the Air Tech 4000 and the Air Tech Jet Squadron, the blaster was not re-released when the packaging of available blasters was changed in 2003 and did not make an appearance in the 2004 Action Blasters line of re-released blasters.
Reloading and firing
To reload the Air Tech Ball Blaster, load up to six Ballistic Balls into the front of the blaster. Pull the handle back once finished.
To fire the blaster, slam the handle forward as fast as possible.
- This was the only blaster in the Air Tech line to fire Ballistic Balls and the first blaster to fire Ballistic Balls under Hasbro's ownership of the Nerf brand.
