The Aquapack Devastator is a medium-sized soaker with an attached backpack. It is the first soaker since the CPS 3200 to have an attached backpack component. This backpack is similar to the Aquapack 50oz. and uses the same name. It is pumped from the bottom of the soaker, similar to other SoakerTag Elite soakers, such as the Arctic Shock and Triple Shot.
It, alongside the Flash Flood, was the first soaker to be released using CPS technology (elastic pressure) since 2002. Due to this, it is very powerful for a soaker of its size and works well in most water wars. It features a belt hoop on the top of the soaker to attach a strap to it.
Alongside the Triple Shot, the Aquapack Devastator was never re-released under any further series, and is assumed to be discontinued because of this.
It is generally considered to be have been replaced by the Overload.
The Aquapack Devastator has been released with the following color schemes:
- Blue, gray and black
- Red, gray and black
