Scoring
Firing rangeIf a user takes the time to rev up the blaster, it may be able to fire up to twenty-five feet. With a single pull, it can hit fifteen feet.[citation needed]
ReliabilityIf the Buzzsaw is not revved up and the trigger is pulled, it may jam, but there is a button that stops it. Occasionally, the top ball can get stuck in the top of the tube, requiring the user to push it down manually. This blaster is fairly accurate. The balls tend to curve upwards at distances of twenty feet, eventually going straight up in the air.
Rate of fireThe rate was the same as the Ripsaw's: three balls a second if the blaster is fully spooled up.
CapacityThis blaster holds up to three balls at once.
Final verdict and summary
Review FailThe Buzzsaw is a decent blaster, and a good improvement over the Ripsaw. It is not quite worth the price tag, but if it can be found at a cheaper price, it is not a bad idea to pick it up. It can be modified to increase range through the use of a motor, however this can cause the balls to become damaged. Besides that, modification potential of this blaster is extremely limited.
