Details[]

The Eagle Eye is a bolt-action blaster loosely themed after an eagle, to keep in theme with the Max Force series. It features an integrated red light, advertised as a "laser beam" on the packaging. this light is comparable to that found in the N-Strike Nite Finder EX-3; not only is it adjustable by moving the plastic lens around, it is also activated by pulling back the firing trigger halfway. It also has storage atop the blaster for two additional darts, though this piece must be attached to the Eagle Eye before use.

The muzzle of the Eagle Eye is funneled, which allows for easier reloading. There is no dart post inside the barrel.

History[]

The Eagle Eye was the first Nerf blaster to feature an integrated sight for aiming purposes.

It was given a re-release in 1998, with a dart post inside of it and new stickers on the blaster with the current-at-the-time Nerf logo, rather than the Max Force logo. This release also saw its packaging updated to match other releases of the time.

It was spiritually succeeded by the 1997 Max Force 2112 Laser Fang, which features a similar integrated light.
