The First Order Stormtrooper Deluxe Blaster is a medium-sized clip system direct plunger blaster. As its name suggests, it resembles the F-11D blaster rifle used by the First Order stormtroopers in The Force Awakens. It is very similar to the N-Strike Elite Rampage and has similar internals and performance. Like the Rampage, the Deluxe Blaster has the ability to slam fire and is compatible with detachable shoulder stocks as well.
It has a single tactical rail on top and and one strap point above the muzzle; an additional strap point is located on the shoulder stock, if equipped.
It advertises a firing range of up to sixty-five feet (twenty meters).

- The Deluxe Blaster is the only way to obtain the white version of the twelve dart clip.
- The movie weapon on which the Nerf blaster is based has a magazine projection on the right side, rather than the left.
- The blaster in Nerf's promotional images sometimes has the pump handle installed backwards.
