The Glider Launcher is a Nerf blaster that was released in 1996 under the Aero series.

It comes packaged with three Aero Gliders.

It fires a special kind of missile called an Aero Glider. These missile featured longer fins which allowed them to be fired further than normal missiles.

Like the NB-1 Missile Blaster, the Glider Launcher does not feature a firing trigger and was manually operated. To fire, the black handle is pushed away from the user, then pulled back, firing the Aero Glider. Two ammunition holders are located at both sides of the blaster. A small trigger grip is located on the black handle at the front of the blaster.

It is essentially a re-released version of the 1992 NB-1 Missile Blaster with a new color scheme and different ammunition type.

It was the first product released in the Aero series and the only identified blaster to be released in the series.

Reloading and firing

To reload the Glider Launcher, simply insert one Aero Glider onto the front of the blaster. To fire, simply push the handle at the front forward.

Sharply pull backwards the handle to fire the blaster.
