The Hunter is a bolt-action Buzz Bee dart blaster that was released in 2010 under the Air Blasters series.

It comes packaged with four Micro Darts.

The Hunter features a bolt-action priming mechanism. It features two dart holders under the reloading slot, as well as a hidden storage for four darts in the integrated stock. It is a small blaster that is one of several by Buzz Bee designed to imitate real weapons. An iron sight is located at the front of the blaster.

This would be one of the first blasters by Buzz Bee to load darts manually through the breech.

The Hunter was re-released in 2011 under the Air Warriors series. Performance and internals were unchanged.

Unlike many Buzz Bee blasters, the Hunter has never been discovered as an Air Zone product.

The Hunter features very complicated internals, making modification potential very limited. The typical air restrictor modifications are possible although with some difficulty; getting to the plunger tube can be a difficult task.[1]

Apart from typical modifications such as barrel replacements, adding o-rings and greasing the internals, there is not much that can be done with the blaster.[2]

Reloading and firing

To reload the Hunter, flip the priming bolt up and pull it back, revealing the reloading slot. Place a dart into the slot and push in the bolt to fully prime the blaster; flipping the bolt back down is not required for a full prime.

To fire the blaster, pull the trigger.
