Whiteout Longstrike CS-6
Blaster typeSingle-fire clip system reverse plunger dart blasterNerf Whiteout Series Longstrike CS-6 - 05
Ammunition typeStreamline Darts
FeaturesPackaged barrel extension, packaged flip-up sight, packaged/integrated shoulder stock, four tactical rails, three strap points
Firing rangeThis blaster fires around forty to forty-five feet, but, like the original Longstrike, it can sometimes waver in distance. The range decreases when the front barrel is attached.
ReliabilityThis blaster can easily jam due to human error. If it is fired very quickly, it can also jam up. The plastic from which the Whiteout blasters are made is also supposed to be stronger than the original. The Whiteout Longstrike is slightly more accurate than the original. Streamline Darts are known for wavering off course; however, for a clip system blaster, it is quite accurate.
Rate of fireThe blaster can fire on average one dart per second because of the position of the bolt. It can fire two darts a second if the user's hand rests on the loading bolt.
CapacityThe blaster comes packaged with one six dart clip; but two more six dart clips (not included) may be stored in the shoulder stock, technically holding eighteen darts in total.
Final verdict and summary
Review PassThe Whiteout Longstrike CS-6 is a great weapon and is an improved version of its regular counterpart. It definitely is a must-buy for those wanting a solid blaster to depend on.
