Lumitron
Blaster typeSingle-fire magazine-fed torsion spring disc blasterLumitron
Ammunition typeXLR discs
FeaturesDetachable shoulder stock compatibility, one tactical rail, two strap points
Scoring
Firing rangeThis blaster has a firing range of about sixty-five to seventy feet.[1]
ReliabilityJams almost never occur with this blaster. If there is a jam, it can be easily cleared by pulling the eject lever. In extremely rare cases, a jam will completely lock up the blaster, and it will need to be disassembled to clear the disc.
The Lumitron is generally accurate at shooting the discs straight until about forty-five feet and then start to slightly curve. Accuracy is bad outdoors as even light wind will make it curve.
Rate of fireThe blaster has a fire rate of about two discs a second.
CapacityThe blaster comes packaged with a ten disc magazine. If a disc should happen to be already chambered, then it will hold eleven discs.
Final verdict and summary
Review PassThe Lumitron is a great blaster. It is awesome in medium combat, but can also be used for close combat. Like the Praxis, it is highly recommended by Nerfers and is worth the price. The only downside is, it does not come with a stock.
