Nerf-Mobile is a Nerf product line that was released in 1973.

Details

The Nerf-Mobile line was a line of six different foam vehicles, all of which being made of the Nerf foam. The line was broken up into two separate categories; car and truck. Three models of each were produced, and each model had an alternate color scheme, creating a total of twelve different toys.

Each foam vehicle was advertised as being fast but incapable of scratching anything. The line was accompanied by the Animals line, which was similarly introduced around the same time and consisted of toys around the same price and size.

History

This product line was, according to a 1975 advertisement, very popular in its initial launch in the United States of America the year prior, and due to its popularity, was brought up to Canada the following year. This conflicts with advertisements and copyright dates[1] which suggest otherwise.

It is unknown when this product was discontinued, however it was still being sold as of 1977.
