As its name suggests, it is a battery-powered flashlight that uses bright LEDs. It features a rubber design to give a user a good grip. The rubber design also protects the light from being damaged with rugged use.
Despite being advertised as being able to be attached to a Nerf blaster, it cannot be.[1] It is unknown why the final product did not include a reverse tactical rail like the packaging art shows.
