It cannot be purchased in retail stores. The only way to obtain it is through second-hand websites and stores.
It comes packaged with four Mega Darts.
The blaster can be used in either a separate or attached fashion; when attached, it is worn on the user's hand. When worn, the user's hand grips onto the "handle" piece that houses the plunger and firing trigger. The trigger is operated much like a button rather than a conventional trigger.
It features four barrels that can be fired one or two at a time. A dial allows the user to choose which barrels are fired.
The blaster is designed solely for right-handed people due to the fact that the plunger and firing trigger are on the left side of the blaster. This makes it incredibly awkward to use on a left hand.
Reloading and firing
To reload the NitroQuad, place up to four darts into the blaster's barrels. The user then chooses which barrels they wish to fire via dial. The blaster is then primed by pulling the plunger rod.
Pushing the trigger in will make the blaster fire.
