It comes packaged with three Micro Darts.
The blaster was based on the Nite Finder EX-3, and because of this, uses the same internals. Certain parts of the blaster like the priming mechanism are directly taken from the Nite Finder EX-3.
There are three versions of this blaster. The original blue version came packaged with and fired Micro Darts. There was also a rare green version that also fired Micro Darts. However, a new version has been released that comes packaged with Stiff Darts.
The Rebel Trooper Blaster has been released with the following color schemes:
- Original color scheme (blue, white, and orange)
- Later re-coloration (green, silver and orange)
- Later re-coloration (green, tan, black, and orange)
- Re-release color scheme (light blue, dark blue, white, gray, and orange)
