The Regulator is a electronic clip system Nerf blaster that was released in August of 2017[1] under the N-Strike Modulus series. It requires four "C" batteries to be operated.

It comes packaged with a Storage Stock, a Long Barrel Scope, a Short Barrel Scope, a Swivel Handle, two twelve dart clips and twenty-four Elite Darts.

Details

The Regulator is an electronic clip system blaster. It is unique in that it features a selector lever which allows the user to choose one of three firing modes: the standard single-fire mode, a "burst mode" that fires three darts one after the other, and a standard fully-automatic mode.

It has two tactical rails: one on top of the blaster, and one under the muzzle. An additional, reverse tactical rail is also on the front-most barrel extension. It also features four sling mounts: one on the front-most barrel extension, one built into both of the core blaster's iron sights, and one in the bottom of the shoulder stock. It also has a LED light, that flashes when the loaded clip is empty.

It advertises a firing range of up to ninety feet (twenty-seven meters).

History

The Regulator was officially announced on January 30 of 2017.[2]

Reloading and firing

To reload the Regulator, press the clip release button to remove any empty clips. Load up to twelve Elite Darts into one of the provided twelve dart clips, and load it into the blaster.

To fire a dart, hold down the acceleration trigger. The user may wish to wait for the flywheels to rev up for maximum range. Pull the firing trigger to fire a dart.
