Firing rangeIn Speed mode, the Snapfire 8 has a firing range of about thirty feet.[1][2] In Power mode, firing range increases to forty feet.[3][4]
ReliabilityThe Snapfire 8 cannot jam, but it is a little complicated to use, as the trigger must be pulled back completely to fire. Extended use can start to hurt the fingers of your hand.[5] Because of this it is difficult for younger children to operate.[6] It is fairly accurate.[7]
Rate of fireIn Power mode, it has a rate of fire of about one dart a second. In Speed mode, it can fire two darts a second.
CapacityIt can hold up to eight darts at a time.
