It is a sound amplifier that is used to hone in on other people's conversations to be able to hear what they are saying. While not incredibly useful in a Nerf war, it is designed to be used to hear enemy tactics. The sound amplifier itself features the typical N-Strike color scheme of yellow and black. It comes packaged with one set of headphones.
It is likely that, although this may be under the Nerf name, it was not actually made by Hasbro. Further evidence to support this is the logo on the box, which differs from the N-Strike logo, and resembles the logo used on the Disk Shooter.
It was first debuted at the 2013 Toy Fair.
