Scoring
Firing rangeAlongside the Jolt EX-1, this blaster fires about thirty to forty feet flat. If fired at an angle upwards or with more powerful darts, it can reach forty-five feet.[1] This is an outstanding range for a blaster of its size.
ReliabilityThe Stinger cannot jam, and is extremely easy to store. However, some darts will fall out of the blaster, whereas others don't.
Rate of fireThis blaster fires about one dart about every two seconds.
CapacityThis blaster can only hold three darts at a time, impressive for its size.
Final verdict and summary
Review PassLike the Jolt it is based on, the Stinger is a very powerful blaster for its size. It has an impressive firing range. The Stinger also has an amazing seal and vacuum loads darts through an air restrictor. Despite this, the blaster can be difficult to find and has a less than stellar rate of fire. It is highly recommended.
