Ammunition typeMicro Darts
FeaturesFold-down handle, integrated dart holders
Scoring
Firing rangeThis blaster has a firing range of up to thirty-seven feet.[1][2][3]
ReliabilityThe Scarab can't jam. However, the blaster is designed for younger Nerfers, so older Nerfers will have a hard time holding it.[4] It has very poor accuracy. This is due to the blaster's firing style. It requires both hands to operate, preventing the use of another blaster.[5]
Rate of fireThis blaster fires about one dart a second.
CapacityThis blaster holds up to three darts at a time.
Final verdict and summary
Review FailThe Stinging Scarab's only positive aspects are its reliability and firing range, which rather high when compared to other Max Force blasters.
