It cannot be purchased in retail stores. The only way to obtain it is through second-hand websites and stores.
Not to be confused with the N-Strike Elite Strongarm.
It comes packaged with four Mega Darts.
It is one of three Nerf blasters in the Cyber Stryke Gear line designed to be worn on the Nerfer's arm, the others being the AutoGrip and the RotoTrack. It does not have a trigger; it is fired by pushing a rod on top of the blaster forward. The Strongarm has two barrels on it that are controlled by this firing rod. The barrels pop out via a knob. There is also a dart holder located on each side of the blaster.
As seen in 1996 catalogs, the Strongarm initially featured all-orange barrels without the black piece, which was added to the final production model for unknown reasons.
Reloading and firing
To reload the Strongarm, insert two darts into the front barrels of the blaster. Click the knob on the top of the blaster to pop the barrels out. Strap the blaster onto the user's arm securely. Pull the cocking mechanism back until it cannot extend any further. Select the barrel the user intends to use.
Push the priming mechanism back to its original position to fire the blaster.
