It features two nozzles that allow for either a small accurate stream or a large-radius spray of water. It is powered by the CPS (constant pressure system) that was popular in Super Soakers in the 1990's; this allows for the blaster to have a constant and powerful stream of water, hence the name. It can accept ice into its reservoir to produce a freezing stream of water.
It is a re-release of the Arctic Blast.
