The Tetra Strike is a single-fire/multi-fire Buzz Bee blaster that was released in 2010 under the Air Blasters series.

It comes packaged with six Micro Darts.

The Tetra Strike was the smallest blaster released by Buzz Bee in 2010. It is also the third smallest Buzz Bee air system blaster, after the Mega Missile and Panther. It can fire one shot at a time, or four shots at once. It takes approximately eight to nine pumps to fully prime the blaster, however this is due to the blaster's very small pump draw length. It features a very similar layout and design to the Nerf Blast Fire DX500.

The blaster itself has a small handle and has no visible iron sights or guiding mechanisms. It is also quite thin, especially when compared to rivaling air system blasters. It fires the top dart first, and moves down to the bottom in both modes. Despite coming with six darts, no dart holders apart from the barrels exist on the blaster itself. It was one of the earliest Buzz Bee blasters to have universal acclaim from fans, due to its simplicity, ease of modifications and stock performance.

This blaster was re-released under the Air Warriors line in 2011. It was carried over to the Air Zone brand with no changes to its name or performance.

Although it has been removed from Buzz Bee's website, it is still available for purchase in some areas.

Color schemes

The Tetra Strike has been released with the following color schemes:

  • Green and orange
  • Blue and orange (Air Zone)

Reloading and firing

To reload the Tetra Strike, simply insert four darts into the front barrels of the blaster. The darts cannot fit all the way into the blaster and will protrude out somewhat.

Pull the trigger to fire a dart. To fire another dart, press the trigger again until all four darts have been fired.

  • The Tetra Strike features two areas on the blaster which are glued into place, which then need to be pried apart if one wants to get access to the blaster's internals.
  • Similar to the Nerf Hornet AS-6, some have reported certain barrels on their Tetra Strikes no longer working. Occasionally, this happens as soon as the blaster is removed from the packaging due to product quality defects.
