The Vince Carter Electronic Basketball Challenge is a Nerf product that was released in 2002 under the Nerf Sports series. It requires three "AA" batteries to be operated.

It comes packaged with the hoop, the pieces required to set it up, and the basketball.

It is a purple, electronic basketball hoop. It, like the Tech Target Set, comes with multiple built in games in order to train the players.

It is endorsed by the famous basketball player Vince Carter.

Game 1: Vince Carter Calls the Shots

In this game, the player is trained to shoot the same shots that Vince Carter does on the court. The player has eight seconds to shoot a basket and the game is won if the player can make it to ten times in a row.

Game 2: The Game of VINCE

This game is basically a remake of the game "H-O-R-S-E" in which the player plays with a partner to shoot baskets. If the player misses, that player gets one letter. The first player to spell out the name "VINCE" loses the game. This is the only game included with the board that is only a two-player game.

Game 3: Beat the Buzzer

The buzzer (the board) will start to count down from five, eventually reaching zero. The player has to shoot a basket before the board can reach zero, and if they do it in time they win the game.

  • The shots are counted by the orange piece at the bottom of the net.
