Final verdict and summary
Review FailThe Whipshot is not a very powerful blaster. It may have a reasonably large range of fire for a pocket blaster, but its accuracy and rate of fire leave more to be desired. Unfortunately, the Whipshot lacks any unique characteristics that set it apart from other Rip Rockets blasters. The best use for this blaster would be for a last-resort situation, otherwise it isn't very practical in a Nerf war.
